Marc Ching Kidnapping Conviction

Marc Ching

Marc Ching would rather lie than risk his chance at stardom and/or donations, but to Hide His Kidnapping Conviction Is Something far Different.

For the moment we will hold back posting the court documents from Marc Ching’s 2000/2001 Felony Kidnapping Conviction.

We will see if Marc ching has the ability, to tell the truth, for once. We wait with baited breath to see how his fictional account matches up with the official court documents.

$500,000 Bail Says A Lot

The information below reveals more than enough for the general public to obtain the official court documents on their own. While we have chosen not to release the details, I will say Marc Ching’s $500,000 bail, speaks volumes.

One of the fundamental rights as Americans is freedom of choice. Our nation lets us choose whatever job you like, then your ability determines if you deserve that job.

Like him or not, Barak Obama is a perfect example of our freedom to choose. He did not have a perfect childhood, he did drugs and most likely worse. At some point in his life, he had a choice, either better himself or not. But Barak Obama would make that choice, no one else.

The Path We Choose

The path Mr. Obama chose would lead him to become the first black President of the United States. President Obama could have just as easily chosen a different path for his life to follow.

Do you believe President Obama would have been elected if we learned that he betrayed our trust by hiding a felony kidnapping conviction?

President Obama, like thousands of others with questionable pasts, overcame their lapses in judgment. What they did was to be upfront with the people about their past, Something Marc Ching purposely chose not to do.

Due to their honesty and hard work, they became many of our nation’s inspirational heroes.  They showed our nation’s youth, that while you made a mistake, you have a choice not to let that mistake define you.

Marc Ching had the freedom to choose what he would divulge to the thousands of people who donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to him. For an average everyday nobody, such as myself, it may be better to choose not to reveal mistakes you may have made.

Obligation To The Truth

But the moment you ask for money, votes or anything that can enrich you, the people have the right to know all the information about you. Then they would have the choice based on their life experiences whether to support you or someone else.

Some people, who believed Marc Ching was an honest, decent person, who would never hurt a fly, will be shocked to learn who he truly is.

When I announced this article I spent a few hours talking to one person who felt ashamed to have given Marc Ching money. So taken in by his act, they chose to purposely go without, in order to send Marc Ching a part of their social security check, so he could help innocent animals.

Marc Ching LIED so he could portray himself to be someone he was not, and based on our past reporting, someone who he will never be.

Once you lie…

“Well, I lied back then, but now I am telling you the truth.” Sorry, we have shown him to be nothing but a liar, and the truth is something he seems allergic too.

Marc Ching claimed to have saved 1,000 dogs at the 2016 Yulin Festival. He also claimed to have closed 6 slaughterhouses. which we proved that factually wrong.

Our reporting proved Marc Ching left Yulin within a few days. He was also partying while many of the 1,000 dogs he claimed “saved” were dying. Some of these dogs succumbed to horrendous deaths, while Marc Ching was vacationing in Hawaii.

Marc Ching has never refuted, even one of the 30 articles. While he filed two lawsuits against volunteers that went to help him in Yulin for speaking out, he has NOT sued me. Not only has he not sued me, he hasn’t even filed a cease and desist order to slow down our reporting.

There is one very simple explanation for this… We always reported the truth.  Marc Ching also knew that our ethics would prevent us from telling the public twice as much, as we had already reported. I would not lie on any story, even if that would bring an end to Marc Ching’s reckless behavior.

  1. Thank you for some other wonderful post. Where else could anybody get that kind of information in such a perfect means of writing? I have a presentation subsequent week, and I am on the look for such info.

  2. Yesterday, while I was at work, my cousin stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My iPad is now destroyed and she has 83 views. I know this is completely off topic but I had to share it with someone!

  3. Have you ever thought about publishing an e-book or guest authoring on other websites? I have a blog based on the same information you discuss and would love to have you share some stories/information. I know my readers would enjoy your work. If you are even remotely interested, feel free to shoot me an e-mail.

  4. Once I originally commented I clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I get four emails with the identical comment. Is there any way you can remove me from that service? Thanks!

  5. All those bashing and posting negativity..
Why don’t you get off your ass’s and go over sea’s, put your life in harms way to save the innocent animals being horrifically murdered instead of posting negativity and bash posts about Marc Ching who has actually saved lives and put his own life on the line doing so!!!!
Step Up and make a difference then, if you think you can do better!!!!!
Or can you only sit behind a computer safe at home bashing others when you yourself are Not on the front lines over there working to stop it yourself????
People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, nor shall those Not out there making a difference and actually saving lives open their big mouths unless they are willing to go do whats needed and make those kind of sacrifices that are selfless, instead of being selfish and doing nothing but bashing others trying to make a difference and actually Have saved lives!!!

    • So you have to be on the front lines? Wow! so you know everything about me I guess? And what about being a convicted Kidnapper? Marc Ching actually posted a story crying about dogs that got kidnapped… talk about glass houses.

In my life, I have saved and I mean SAVED human lives… does that count for anything?

BTW have you gone over there? Just saying what gives you the right to say anything if you haven’t been there. Also, Marc Ching filed a lawsuit against the volunteers that went to help him in 2016? don’t they deserve a little respect?

Please stop with your asinine argument, it makes you look kind of stupid. If you want to argue my facts I am all for it. But to argue based on “well you aren’t on the front lines is weak and I believe beneath you.
