H. Res 30 formerly 752 (End Yulin Dog Meat Festival) – Dog and Cat Meat Trade Prohibition Act of 2017 Will Not Come Up For Vote Because Of Marc Ching
Well, that didn’t take long. Marc Ching may have single handily ruined any chance that H. Res 30 formerly 752 (End Yulin Dog Meat Festival) coming to the floor for an up or down vote.
H. Res 30 formerly 752 (End Yulin Dog Meat Festival) is legislation to ban the dog and cat meat trade in the United States, earning applause from Humane Society International, The Humane Society of the United States and the Humane Society Legislative Fund. The bill, the Dog and Cat Meat Prohibition Act of 2017, would amend the U.S Animal Welfare Act to prohibit the slaughter and trade of dogs and cats for human consumption and would provide penalties for individuals involved in the dog or cat meat
After EndYulin2017.com alerted Congressman Kevin McCarthy House Majority Leader that he was meeting with Marc Ching a convicted Kidnapper. McCarthy may avoid any embarrassment by burying the bill.
In this hyper-sensitive news cycle, places like CNN and MSNBC are attacking any Republicans over any allegations of wrongdoing. CNN has even gone so far as attacking Trump over scoops of Ice Cream.
Meeting a Convicted Kidnapper over a policy involving China will certainly qualify as news.
On top of that Marc Ching has stated as going to China pretending to represent a rich American looking to make a dog meat purchase. Worse, Marc Ching pays these slaughterhouses to torture dogs so he can film it to show his boss.
We spoke directly to the congressman’s office and explained the situation. We felt the Congressman needed to be aware of the ethically challenged Marc Ching.
Within 15 minutes of reporting this news, we were contacted by someone close to the Congressman and he is, shall we say disturbed by this development.
H. Res 30 formerly 752 (End Yulin Dog Meat Festival) is an important bill and Congress McCarthy will play an important part when or if the bill reaches the floor for an up or down vote.
In 2000 Marc Ching was arrested on Robbery, Assualt and 4 counts of Kidnapping. In 20012 he pleaded guilty to Kidnapping and received an 11-year jail term. This information has been confirmed by those close to Marc Ching.
They have remarked on many occasions “We all made mistakes.” Yes, we all have but very few of those mistakes wind up in a felony conviction and a jail term in a California State Prison.
Marc Ching’s Ego
Marc Ching tried to hide his criminal past and his almost pathological need to lie. His quest to become a celebrity could bring an end to an important bill. Instead of remaining behind the scenes Marc Ching keeps placing himself in front of the cameras. Sooner Rather than Later reporters will start asking some tough questions.
Our educated guess will be the bill never sees the light of day. It will slowly die a slow death as it continually gets buried in red tape.
